My Scratching Post

This is a safezone.

Safezones are places where you cannot discriminate against a persons race, ethnicity, or country of origin; religious belief, or disbelief; disabilty; gender; age; or sexual preferance. Such places are this journal.

I like big butts and I cannot lie! (hornetskaya wrote that when she set this up for me and I'm gonna swipe a paw across *her* big butt for it one of these days...) But, curves are nice...

Born and raised 14 years in Abington Township (just outside of Philadelphia), have lived in Peoria (just outside Phoenix) for 26 years now. I've worked for Fry's food and drug store (a Kroger-owned company) for 15 years. Single, never married, no kids.

I'm 6'3" tall, about 180 pounds. I have brown hair, mustache and goatee. I have blue eyes that were originally hazel, and I wear glasses. I consider myself average looking, and that's on a good day. I'm pretty much a geek/nerd.

I'm a Leo, which is one of the reasons for the user name. But not the arrogant, bold, brash kind. Online, I'm more outgoing, especially with my friends. Publicly, with anyone, I'm very much the quietly-stand-on-the-sidelines-and-observe type of person. I tend to blend into the background, and can be overlooked or forgotten easily. The "Shy Kitten", not the "King of the Beasts".

There's more about me in "My Information Post".

If you'd like to know anything else about me, just ask. I do reserve the right not to answer a question, particularly for privacy reasons, but I'll say that instead of lying or something.

A picture of me...best I can do.
(I now have a pic in my icons. It looks almost like a booking photo, but was actually used for a church directory years ago. I haven't changed much since then.)

Where do ya'll live?

Yeah, I'm kind of a weather nerd. What of it?

Although many of my interests are military-related, I have never been a member of any of the services. I also have never been in law enforcement, the emergency medical services, or a fire fighter. I just have an interest in them, and a respect for them.

1. Pick one thing from my interests list that you like, and explain why.

3. Pick one thing from my interests list that surprises you, and explain why.
4. Pick one thing from my interests list that you don't understand, and I'll tell you about it.
5. Tell me one thing that's not on my interests list that should be.
